- Why aren’t my personalization variables being replaced?If you see {{name}} on screen, fix the placeholder. If you see a blank, the value is not set yet. Test in Preview, check the link, and check encoding.
- Which plan includes variables and personalization?Personalization variables start on Core, conditional logic on Pro, and templatized variables on Scale. Lead capture and branching are on every plan.
- How do I personalize video links from my CRM or website?Send each contact a video that knows their name. Add CRM merge fields to the share link, or create personalized links one at a time or from a CSV.
- How do I build a chapter menu that lets viewers review completed sections?Build a menu with one button per section, return viewers to it after each section, mark completed sections, and let viewers review any of them.
- How do I capture a viewer’s name, email, or phone number?Use the Lead Capture tab to ask for name, email, phone, custom ID, or custom fields at the start, at a time, or on a click. Available on every plan.
- Why isn’t my lead capture form showing?Lead capture does not show in the editor, for viewers it already knows, or when the link fills every field. Check these causes and test in Preview.
- How do I embed a booking calendar in my video?Add a button with the Open Link Modal action and paste your booking page link. The video pauses and the calendar opens on top of the player.
- Can viewers record video or voice answers?Yes. Add a Video Response or Voice Response question. Viewers record up to 120 seconds in the browser, and you play the answers back in your reports.
