- How much do I save with yearly billing?Yearly billing on Mindstamp gives you two months free compared with paying monthly. See the yearly total per plan and how to switch.
- What counts as a video toward my plan limit?Every video in your Mindstamp library counts toward the plan limit, including drafts and branch videos. The count does not reset each month.
- How do I get more videos, seats, or streaming minutes?Get more capacity on Mindstamp by upgrading your plan, adding seats, or asking for a quote for more videos or streaming minutes.
- What happens if I exceed my streaming limit?Mindstamp plans include monthly streaming minutes, counted by the second. If you go over, playback continues and the team contacts you.
- Do I need a subscription after creating my videos?Yes. Mindstamp videos play only while your account has an active plan. Plans start at $99 a month, or $83 a month billed yearly.
- How do I change my plan or billing period?Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly billing from Billing in Mindstamp. The change is prorated and starts right away.
- Can I pause my subscription?Pause your Mindstamp plan for a reduced monthly fee. Your videos and data stay saved, but viewers cannot watch until you resume.
- How do I cancel my subscription?Cancel from Billing in Mindstamp. Your videos stay live until the paid period ends. Export reports first; data is deleted after a grace period.
- What is your refund policy, and how do I get a refund?Mindstamp refunds are set by the Terms of Service: partial refunds within set days of a monthly or yearly start. A refund deletes the account.
- What payment methods do you accept, and how do I update my card?Mindstamp bills through Stripe. Pay by card or another method Stripe shows at checkout, and update your card in Billing through the Stripe portal.
- Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or schools?Mindstamp offers discounts to nonprofits and educational institutions. Email [email protected] with proof of status to ask for one.
- What does the Enterprise plan include?Mindstamp Enterprise gives custom capacity, contract and invoicing terms, and scoped SSO or SAML. Annual contracts start at $15,000.
