The data AI features use, the providers that receive it and the results viewers can see.
How Mindstamp uses AI
Mindstamp uses external AI and speech providers for product features and account and sales tasks.
Mindstamp MCP uses the organisation AI setting. Eligible trial transcription is a separate automatic path. Other AI features start from their own product action or business workflow.
AI output can be wrong. Review controls depend on the feature, and text-only translation can publish automatically. Check generated content before you use it. Viewers should not rely on AI answers as professional advice.
Model training and retention
Mindstamp does not train its own AI models on customer content.
We have disabled model-improvement sharing for our AssemblyAI account. OpenAI API data sharing controls for feedback, evaluations and fine-tuning, and inputs and outputs are disabled.
These sharing settings do not establish historical processing, zero retention or regional processing. Provider retention depends on the service and endpoint.
OpenAI API call logging is disabled and audit logging is enabled.
