Do you handle invoicing, security reviews and procurement?
On Enterprise, yes. Security questionnaires, vendor onboarding, NDAs and MSAs are all in scope. Solo through Ultra are self-service and do not include document review.
Do viewers count towards anything?
No. Each plan includes unlimited viewers with no per-viewer charge. Viewers can use a link or embed with no Mindstamp account. Admin seats apply to the people who build and edit.
What happens if I go over my streaming minutes?
Playback continues. A member of the team contacts accounts that approach the limit to discuss additional capacity.
Do I have to move my video to Mindstamp?
No. Each plan reads video from Vimeo, Wistia, S3, and other sources. Interactions are layered onto the file you already have. The source file stays unchanged.
What happens to my videos if I cancel?
They stay viewable until the end of the billing period you have paid for. After that an active subscription is required for viewers to load them, so export any reports you need before you go.
