Most teams start on Core. It is the first plan with personalization, Genie AI, SCORM export, unbranded share links, and Zapier, and it removes the 30-minute video length limit. One person with a few videos can start on Solo or Basic and upgrade from Billing at any time.
Yes. On an upgrade you pay only the difference, and your next bill is at the new plan’s price. You can cancel from Billing in your dashboard at any time.

No. Each plan reads video from Vimeo, Wistia, S3, and other sources. Interactions are layered onto the file you already have. The source file stays unchanged.
They stay viewable until the end of the billing period you have paid for. After that an active subscription is required for viewers to load them, so export any reports you need before you go.
On Enterprise, yes. Security questionnaires, vendor onboarding, NDAs and MSAs are all in scope. Solo through Ultra are self-service and do not include document review.
