The total number of videos held in your library at once. It does not reset monthly. Delete one to add another. Branched videos each count; video-in-video clips do not.
1 to 15 admin seats
Logins that can create, manage and share video. Only builders and editors need seats; viewers do not. Extra seats are $15 per user per month.
10K to 500K minutes
Your audience’s viewing time, measured to the second and added up each month. A 90-second view uses 1.5 streaming minutes. The team contacts accounts that approach the limit to discuss capacity options. Playback continues during that review.

No. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that needs no card, so you can build and publish a real interactive video before you pay. After the trial, Basic at $99 a month is the smallest plan.
The exact yearly total is shown on every plan. Basic is $990, Core is $2,990, Pro is $4,990, Scale is $9,990, and Ultra is $24,990. The monthly equivalent is rounded up to a whole dollar.
Enterprise buyers can bring invoicing, security, vendor onboarding, NDA, and MSA requirements to the first call. Mindstamp provides a security statement on request. The quote and contract state what Mindstamp can support. Basic through Ultra are self-service and do not include document review.

No. Each plan includes unlimited viewers with no per-viewer charge. Viewers can use a link or embed with no Mindstamp account. Admin seats apply to the people who build and edit.
Most teams start on Core. It is the first plan with personalization, Genie AI, SCORM export, unbranded share links, and Zapier, and it removes the 30-minute video length limit. One person with a few videos can start on Basic and upgrade from Billing at any time.
Yes. On an upgrade you pay only the difference, and your next bill is at the new plan’s price. You can cancel from Billing in your dashboard at any time.
No. Each plan reads video from Vimeo, Wistia, S3, and other sources. Interactions are layered onto the file you already have. The source file stays unchanged.
They stay viewable until the end of the billing period you have paid for. After that an active subscription is required for viewers to load them, so export any reports you need before you go.
