Do viewers need a Mindstamp account?
No. Viewers can open a share link or use an embedded video in their browser. Protected projects can require a password, approved domain, or account verification.
What counts as a video in the library?
Each source video in the account counts toward the plan limit. A video used as another branch also counts. Short clips played inside a main video use the asset library allowance.
What does Mindstamp report?
Mindstamp records watch activity, answers, clicks, branch paths, completion, and scores for each viewer. Teams can filter reports, export data, or send events to connected systems.
Can Mindstamp send results to an LMS?
Core and higher plans include SCORM 1.2 export. Mindstamp can send completion and score data to an LMS through the supported package workflow.
Which plans remove Mindstamp branding?
Core and higher plans include unbranded share links and custom fonts. Pro and higher plans include a custom domain and custom landing page.
How do certificate templates work?
Core includes five certificate templates. Pro, Scale, and Ultra include ten. A certificate can include the viewer name, module, date, score, and your visual style.
Which plans include REST API access?
Pro, Scale, Ultra, and Enterprise plans include REST API access. Contact support to request credentials.
Which integrations are available?
Mindstamp supports Google Analytics, Shopify, and WooCommerce on all standard plans. Core adds Zapier and view webhooks. Pro adds HubSpot, interaction webhooks, scheduled exports, and REST API access. Salesforce is quoted per account.
