What payment methods do you accept, and how do I update my card?

Short answer

Mindstamp bills through Stripe. You can pay by credit or debit card, or by another method that the secure Stripe payment page shows for your location. To update your card, open Billing and select Manage invoices & payments.

How to do it

1. Open the account menu and select Billing.
2. Select Manage invoices & payments, or select Update next to Payment method.
3. In the Stripe billing portal, add the new payment method.
4. Set it as the default and remove the old card if you no longer use it.
5. Return to Mindstamp. The next invoice uses the new method.

At checkout

• The payment page lists the payment methods available to you.
• You can enter a promotion code if you have one.
• You can add a tax ID, and it prints on your invoices.
• The final amount, including any tax, is confirmed at payment.

Invoices and receipts

Open Manage invoices & payments to see and download past invoices. The Billing page also shows the date and amount of your next invoice.

If a payment fails

The Billing page shows Payment past due with a Pay invoice button. Pay the invoice or update your card to keep your videos live. If an invoice stays unpaid, the account is suspended and viewers cannot watch until it is paid.

Invoices, bank transfer, and procurement

Basic through Ultra are self-service. Enterprise quotes can cover custom capacity, procurement, security, and contract requirements after review. If your organization must pay by invoice or bank transfer for a yearly plan, contact the team before you buy.
