How do I get more videos, seats, or streaming minutes?

Short answer

Upgrade to a larger plan from Billing, or contact the team for add-ons. Extra seats are $15 per user per month. Extra videos and streaming minutes are quoted per account.

How to do it

1. Open Organization in the side menu and check which limit you are near: videos, members, or minutes.
2. To upgrade, open the account menu, select Billing, then select Upgrade plan.
3. To add seats, videos, or minutes without a new plan, contact support and name the amount you need.
4. After the change, check the new limit on the Organization page.

Extra seats are $15 per user per month. Extra videos, streaming minutes, Shopify stores, Salesforce setup and done-for-you production are quoted per account.

Upgrade or add on

• Upgrade when you need both more capacity and the next plan's features.
• Add seats when only your team is growing.
• Ask for a quote when you need more videos or minutes but no new features.
• Talk to the team about Enterprise when you need custom limits or contract terms.

Free capacity you already have

• Delete videos you no longer need. Each deletion frees a video slot.
• Deactivate team members who have left. Their seat is freed and their videos stay.
• Revoke pending invites. A pending invite holds a seat.
• Move short in-video clips to the asset library. Clips do not count as videos.

During the trial

The trial allows 5 videos. When you reach the limit, the message offers a way to talk to the team or book a demo, and the team can raise the trial limit. Choosing a plan also raises it.

Streaming minutes

If you pass your monthly minutes, playback does not stop. The team contacts you to talk about capacity.
