Can I pause my subscription?

Short answer

Yes. You can pause any paid plan for as long as you need, for a reduced monthly fee. Your videos, views, and viewers stay saved, but viewers cannot watch your videos, including shared links and embeds, until you resume.

How to do it

1. Open the account menu and select Billing.
2. At the bottom of the page, select Pause or cancel subscription.
3. Read the pause price for your plan on the Pause for option.
4. Select the pause option and confirm.
5. To come back, open Billing and select Resume subscription.

What a pause does

• Your plan changes to a lower monthly pause price. The page shows the exact amount before you confirm.
• Share links, embeds, and playlists show your videos as unavailable to viewers.
• Your videos, interactions, reports, and viewer data stay saved.
• There is no time limit. Mindstamp emails you after 30, 60, and 90 days on pause as a reminder.

Resume

Select Resume subscription on the Billing page. Your plan goes back to its normal price and your videos play for viewers again.

Before you pause

• Tell anyone who links to your videos that they will not play during the pause.
• To change plans, resume first. A paused plan cannot be changed.

Pause or cancel

Pause if you expect to use Mindstamp again and want to keep everything. Cancel if you are finished. After a cancellation ends, your data is kept only for a limited time before it is deleted.
