Which Mindstamp plan should I choose?
Choose a Mindstamp plan by your video count, admin seats, streaming minutes, and the first feature you need. Most teams start on Core.
Short answer
Most teams start on Core. Choose Basic if one person needs a few short videos, Pro if you need conditional logic, a custom domain, HubSpot, or the API, and Scale or Ultra for large volume. The pricing page has the full comparison.
How to do it
- Count the videos you will keep in your library at one time, including branch videos.
- Count the people who will build, edit, or read reports. Viewers do not count.
- Estimate monthly watch time: expected viewers multiplied by the minutes each one watches.
- Name the first feature you cannot work without, such as SCORM, personalization, or HubSpot.
- Pick the smallest plan that covers all four answers, then compare it on the pricing page.
Match the plan to the job
- Basic: One person, a handful of videos. Videos are limited to 30 minutes each.
- Core: A team building a real library. It is the first plan with personalization, Genie AI, SCORM export, unbranded links, and Zapier, and it has no length limit.
- Pro: A department running video on its own domain. It adds conditional logic, a custom domain, HubSpot, and REST API access.
- Scale and Ultra: more videos, seats, and streaming minutes, with onboarding and quarterly reviews.
- Enterprise: For teams that need custom SSO or SAML, capacity, terms, and a scoped rollout plan.
What is the same on every plan
Each plan includes unlimited viewers with no per-viewer billing. Interactions per video are unlimited on every plan. Every plan includes branching, lead capture, questions, hotspots, transcripts, embeds, and the reporting dashboard.
Try before you decide
Plans start at $99 a month, or $83 a month billed yearly. The 14-day trial lets you test real videos first. No card is required. You can change plans later from Billing, and on an upgrade you pay only the difference.
Not sure between two plans
Start on the smaller plan if the only reason to go bigger is a feature you might use later. Start on the bigger plan if you already know you will pass the smaller plan's video or seat limit in the first few months.
