- Can I export a Mindstamp video as a SCORM package for my LMS?Download a SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 package from the Share page. Your LMS gets completion and a score for each learner. Available on Core and higher plans.
- Does Mindstamp support xAPI or cmi5?Mindstamp does not export xAPI or cmi5 packages or send statements to an LRS. Use SCORM export for LMS completion and scores, or build your own bridge.
- Is Mindstamp an LMS, and which LMS platforms does it work with?Mindstamp is not an LMS. You deliver its interactive training videos through your LMS with a SCORM package, an embed or a link. See what each one records.
- How do I give learners a certificate when they complete a video?Design a certificate, add it to a video, and set the rules to earn it. Learners who qualify download a personalized PDF with a public verification link.
- How do I stop learners from skipping ahead in a training video?Turn off seeking, make questions required, and block seeking past them. These settings make sure learners watch and answer before they finish.
- How do passing scores and retries work in a video quiz?How Mindstamp scores a video quiz, where you set a passing score, and how learners retry questions with Repeat Until Correct. Every attempt is recorded.
- Can I get an email when a learner completes a video?Turn on Email me on completion in a video's Lead Capture settings. Set a minimum completion and score. The email shows the learner, watched percent and score.
- How do I export training completion records for an audit?Export each learner's completion, score and answers as a CSV from Reporting. Use a completion report for one row per learner, or schedule recurring exports.
- How do I track a training course from the first video to the final report?Set up a training course in Mindstamp: identify each learner, track progress across videos, record completion and answers, and export one report per course.
