- How do I create and use groups in Mindstamp?Use Mindstamp groups to share selected videos and reports with a team or client, set each person's role, and check your plan's group allowance.
- What roles and permissions can team members have?Mindstamp has an organization owner and members, per-video view and edit sharing, and Viewer, Analyst, and Admin roles inside groups.
- How do I organize videos in folders?Create folders and subfolders in Mindstamp, add videos to them, filter the library by folder, and learn what happens when you delete a folder.
- How do I change or reset my password?Reset your Mindstamp password from the login page with Forgot password. You get an email link to set a new password of at least 8 characters.
- How do I change the email address on my account?To change your Mindstamp login email, email [email protected] from your current account email and name the new address. Support makes the change.
