How do I change or reset my password?
Reset your Mindstamp password from the login page with Forgot password. You get an email link to set a new password of at least 8 characters.
Short answer
On the Mindstamp login page, select Forgot password?, enter your account email, and select Submit. Open the link in the email and set a new password of at least 8 characters. Use the same steps to change a password you still know.
How to do it
- Go to the Mindstamp login page. If you are signed in, log out first from the account menu.
- Select Forgot password?.
- Enter the email address of your Mindstamp account and select Submit.
- Open the email from Mindstamp and select the reset link.
- Enter your New Password and repeat it in Confirm New Password. It must be 8 to 128 characters.
- Select Submit, then log in with the new password.
If the email does not arrive
- Check the spam and promotions folders.
- Check that you typed the email of the account, not another address you use.
- Reset links expire. If the link does not work, request a new one.
- Ask your IT team to allow email from mindstamp.com if your company filters mail.
If you sign in with Google
If you created your account with Continue with Google, keep using that button. Google manages that login, so you do not need a Mindstamp password.
Support cannot see your password
Mindstamp stores passwords in a form that no one can read, so support cannot tell you your password or type a new one for you. Use the reset link. If it still fails, contact support from the account email.
Team members
Each team member has a separate login and resets their own password. The owner cannot reset a password for another member.
