With Mindstamp’s ‘group capability,’ you can create private groups of contacts that allow you to share and segment out videos to specific contacts for private viewing and enhanced reporting. Groups also allow you to divide your interactive videos by topics or by the video's target audience making personalization and data reporting that much more efficient!
Creating groups allows you to compile videos of the same subject matter into one specific group. With groups, you can have all your training videos, client videos, and lecture videos in one easily accessible place. Let’s look at some of the great features and benefits you get from using groups!
Open your Mindstamp interface.
Find the “Collections” tab at the top nav bar, and select “Groups”.
Next, select “Create Group,” give your new group a name and then save.
Click “Member List, “ then Add Members. Here you can type in the email addresses of the people you’d like to join your private group. They’ll be sent an email with a notification to accept the invitation.
Open your Mindstamp interface.
Click the “Videos” tab at the top and select the video(s) you want to add to your group.
Click the Setting buttons on the right of your video and scroll down to “Tags + Groups.” Here under “Groups,” you’ll choose the designated group you wish to add your video to.
Then hit save and your video will be added to the chosen group, allowing them access to view it.
Creating groups in Mindstamp is the easiest and most powerful way to organize and gather reports on your videos.
