How do I invite team members to my account?

Short answer

Open Organization in the side menu, select Manage all next to Members, then select + Invite and enter one or more email addresses. Each teammate uses one admin seat, so you need a free seat for each invite.

How to do it

1. In the side menu, under Workspace, select Organization.
2. In the Members card, select Manage all.
3. Check the seat meter at the top of the page, for example "2 of 3 seats used".
4. Select + Invite.
5. Enter the email addresses. You can paste a list from a spreadsheet or separate them with commas or spaces.
6. Optional: add a Personal note of up to 300 characters.
7. Select Send invite. The person appears under Pending invites until they accept.

Seats

An admin seat is a login that can create, edit, share, and report on video. Viewers never use a seat. Pending invites hold a seat until they are accepted or revoked.

Included seats by plan: Basic 1, Core 3, Pro 5, Scale 10, Ultra 15. Extra seats are $15 per user per month. When every seat is in use, the invite dialog says "No seats are available". Contact support to add a seat, or free one first.

Manage pending invites

• Resend sends the invite email again.
• Revoke cancels the invite and frees its seat.
• The invite email comes from Mindstamp. Ask the person to check spam if it does not arrive.

Remove a team member

On the Members page, open the actions menu on the person's row and select Deactivate. They lose access at once and their seat is freed. Their videos stay in the organization.

The organization owner can select Transfer videos and deactivate to move that person's videos to another member first. An Undo option appears for a short time after you deactivate someone.

Share only some videos

To give a client or partner access to selected videos without a full seat, add them to a group instead. People invited to a group by email get a groups-only account.
