We recognize how critical the videos you’ve built on Mindstamp are to your business, whether you’re using interactive video for sales, marketing, customer on-boarding or internal training. As you approach the View Report limit for your plan, we will automatically notify you when you reach 80%, 90% and 95% of your plan’s limit to ensure you have an opportunity to upgrade your plan.
Additionally, in the first month that you exceed your limit we provide a grace period of up to 120% of the total View Reports allotted in your plan to prevent your viewers from being able to experience your interactive video. Subsequent months are capped at 100%.
