Why the video needs an active plan
A Mindstamp video is not a flat file. Each time someone watches, Mindstamp shows the questions and buttons, follows the branches, fills in personal details, and saves the answers to your reports. That work needs the account to be active.
When videos stop playing for viewers
In each case your videos and data stay saved for a period, and they come back online when you choose a plan, reactivate, or resume.
- The free trial ends and you have not chosen a plan.
- A canceled plan reaches the end of the period you paid for.
- The subscription is paused.
- A payment stays unpaid and the account is suspended.
Take a break without losing your work
If you will not need your videos for a while, pause the subscription instead of canceling. A pause costs less than your plan and keeps every video, view, and viewer. Viewers cannot watch while it is paused.
Use a video without an online plan
Interactive videos cannot be downloaded as a normal video file with their interactions. For events with no internet, an offline package can run a video on a laptop.
