What counts as a video toward my plan limit?
Every video in your Mindstamp library counts toward the plan limit, including drafts and branch videos. The count does not reset each month.
Short answer
Every video in your library counts, including drafts, unpublished videos, and videos used as branches. The limit is the number of videos you hold at one time, and it does not reset each month. Delete a video to free a slot.
What counts
- Each video in the library, published or not.
- Each video used as a branch in another video.
- Each duplicate of a video.
What does not count
- Short clips played inside a main video. They use the asset library allowance.
- Groups, playlists, and folders. They organize videos but are not videos.
- Views and viewers. Viewing time uses streaming minutes instead.
Limits by plan
The trial allows 5 videos. Enterprise limits are set in the contract.
- Basic: 5 videos, each up to 30 minutes long.
- Core: 50 videos, with no length limit.
- Pro: 100 videos, with no length limit.
- Scale: 500 videos, with no length limit.
- Ultra: 1,500 videos, with no length limit.
When you reach the limit
The video library shows how many slots are left. At the limit, Mindstamp shows a message instead of creating the video. From there you can upgrade, ask the team for more, or delete videos you no longer need. If you upload while the library is full, the upload waits until you free a slot.
Deleting a video cannot be undone. It removes the video, its interactions, and its view history, and its share links and embeds stop working. Export its reports first if you need them.
Where to check your count
Open Organization in the side menu. The Videos meter shows how many you use out of your limit. Quotas and Limits shows the same count with your streaming minutes.
