Mindstamp help guide

How can I keep a button visible for the whole video?

Set a Mindstamp button to begin at the start and remain available through the end without covering core content or controls.

Checked against the current Help Center and Mindstamp 4.0 walkthroughs.

Short answer

Set the Button interaction’s start time to the beginning of the video and extend its end time or duration through the final frame. Place it in a safe area that does not overlap captions, player controls, or essential visuals, and verify it at every responsive size.

How to do it

  1. Add the Button at 0:00 or the first usable frame.
  2. Extend its duration to the end of the video.
  3. Choose a fixed area that stays clear throughout the edit.
  4. Preview the opening, shot changes, captions, mobile layout, and final frame.
  5. Confirm repeated clicks cannot create duplicate or conflicting actions.

Persistent does not have to mean dominant

A full-video CTA should remain available without competing with every scene. Use a compact treatment and reserve high visual emphasis for the moment when the request becomes most relevant.
