Mindstamp help guide
How do I add a call to action at the end of a video?
Add a clear, trackable call to action to the final moments of a Mindstamp interactive video.
Short answer
Add a Button, Image, Text, or Hotspot interaction before the final frame, keep it visible through the ending, and attach the click action that represents the next step. If every viewer should be sent to the same page after completion, use an automatic redirect navigation instead.
How to do it
- Choose the single most useful next action for a viewer who reaches the end.
- Place the interaction several seconds before the video finishes so it can be seen and used.
- Write a destination-specific label and add the appropriate click action.
- For an automatic handoff, use a Redirect Link navigation and make the behavior clear before it happens.
- Test the ending with and without a click, and verify completion and click reporting.
Do not make the last frame do too much
One primary CTA usually outperforms a cluster of unrelated choices. If several paths are essential, frame them as a clear menu rather than several competing buttons.
