Where is Mindstamp data stored?

1. Identify which services your account uses: linked media, uploaded video, AI, reporting and integrations.
2. Ask [email protected] for the provider and processing profile that applies to those services.
3. Agree any required location restrictions before sending data that depends on them.

• Linked media remains subject to the selected host and integration workflow. Imports can create a copy in Mindstamp storage.
• Uploads use Bunny Stream for storage and playback. S3 holds assets and generated files.
• The application stores interactions, viewer responses and reports.
• Customer-connected services receive data under the customer's configuration and their own terms.

A regional Enterprise library changes selected media storage. Application hosting, support, AI processing, delivery and onward recipients must be assessed separately. A storage location is not a guarantee of UK- or EEA-only processing.

The inspected production Postgres database uses encryption at rest and inspected S3 buckets use AES-256 default encryption. These checks do not establish encryption of every historical object or every external provider. Review the current provider information for the scope of your service.
