Does Mindstamp support GDPR requirements?

Short answer

The Mindstamp Privacy Policy describes the rights people have under the GDPR, including access, correction, erasure and data portability, and explains how personal data is transferred out of the European Union. For a data request or a legal document your review needs, contact the team.

How to do it

1. Read the Privacy Policy, especially "Your Rights" and "Transferring PD from the European Union".
2. To make a data request, email [email protected], the contact named in the Privacy Policy, or use the contact form.
3. If your organization needs a data processing agreement or other signed documents, send the request through the Enterprise page or the contact form.

Rights described in the Privacy Policy

• The right to be informed about the personal data collected and how it is processed.
• The right of access.
• The right to rectification (correction).
• The right to erasure.
• The right to restrict processing.
• The right to data portability. Mindstamp says it will provide your data within 30 days of the request.
• The right to object, and rights about automated decision-making and profiling.

International transfers

The Privacy Policy states that Mindstamp relies on the derogations in Article 49 of the GDPR for transfers out of the European Union, and that third parties who move data across borders use standard contractual clauses (SCCs).
