Does Mindstamp support GDPR requirements?

1. Read the current Privacy Policy.
2. The organisation owner on a paid plan can complete the standard DPA and download the accepted agreement. Free trials are not eligible. No separate Mindstamp countersignature is required.

The Privacy Policy explains access, correction, erasure and other applicable rights. Email [email protected] for a request. If a video publisher controls the data, Mindstamp can refer the request to that customer and assist under its instructions.

Core application processing is in the United States. Default video storage has replicas in several countries. A selected media storage region does not localise the entire service. Review the applicable transfer schedule and provider information for your processing profile. A UK-to-US assessment does not settle every onward destination or an EEA transfer.

Tell viewers what your videos collect and how you use it. Configure only the data and integrations you need. If you enable Google Analytics or Meta pixels, provide the required information and consent controls in your viewing or embedded environment. Mindstamp does not show a cookie popup in the app or player.
