Yes, for Enterprise. Enterprise buyers can bring their security questionnaire, vendor onboarding, NDA, MSA and invoicing requirements to the first call, and the quote and contract state what Mindstamp can support. Basic through Ultra are self-service plans and do not include document review. Mindstamp provides a security statement on request.

- Collect what your team needs: questionnaire, vendor forms, NDA, MSA, data location questions and invoicing terms.
- Start from the Enterprise page or request a demo.
- Send your documents before or at the first call.
- Mindstamp reviews them during scoping. The quote and contract state what Mindstamp supports.
On a self-service plan
Basic, Core, Pro, Scale and Ultra use the standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Document review is not included. You can still ask for the security statement through the contact form.
If your company requires a completed questionnaire or signed documents, talk to the team about an Enterprise plan.
What to ask during the review
- Where your account data is stored and processed.
- Which service providers process your data.
- SSO or SAML needs and the identity provider you use.
- Contract, invoicing and onboarding terms.
Enterprise pricing
Enterprise is quoted per account, with annual contracts starting at $15,000.
