Questions
Colossyan builds multiple-choice questions, branching, and action buttons into its editor on every plan. To use Mindstamp instead, export a version of the video without Colossyan interactions as an MP4, upload it under New video > Upload, and add questions, hotspots, and branching in the Mindstamp editor.
Every Colossyan plan makes interactive videos: 10 a month on the free Starter plan, 15 on Professional, and unlimited on Enterprise. The Mindstamp route needs an MP4, and free accounts carry a Colossyan watermark. On SCORM, Colossyan’s pages differ: its help center lists 5 packages a month on Professional and unlimited on Enterprise, while its SCORM page names Enterprise plans.
If Colossyan’s questions and branching do the job inside your LMS, you may not need Mindstamp. Mindstamp fits when the same video must capture leads, when you need a report by learner outside Colossyan, or when learners open the video from a link or a web page rather than an LMS.
Not the exported file. Colossyan’s help center says its video analytics do not cover exported MP4 files. Once you upload the MP4, Mindstamp hosts the copy and records each view, answer, and click, and it sends nothing back to Colossyan.
Not in the same video. Colossyan says interactive videos can only be embedded or shared by link and cannot be exported as MP4, so Mindstamp never receives the interactive version. Choose one tool for the interactions in each video.
Yes. On a Mindstamp Core plan or higher, download a SCORM package from the Share page and upload it to the LMS, or embed the player in a lesson. See interactive video in your LMS and SCORM export.
