New Features

Choose Multiple Questions

By popular demand we’ve added a ‘Choose Multiple’ question format that allows you to provide up to 5 options for your viewers to choose one or many responses.

You can use Choose Multiple questions in your videos to capture viewer interests, confirm feature requests, or clarify understanding of topics with multiple potential answers. You can add up to 5 potential answers at a time and your viewer’s answers will display in reporting as a simple list of responses.

Likert Scale Questions

In addition to Choose Multiple questions, we’ve added a Likert Scale question with a standard answer set of Strongly Agree, Agree, Neither Agree Nor Disagree, Disagree and Strongly Disagree.

All you have to do is add your ‘question’ in the form of a statement that the viewer would respond to. For instance ‘Mindstamp is the best interactive video platform available’. And of course you’d answer ‘Strongly Agree’!

Your viewer’s answers will be automatically tallied in a variable called ‘LikertScore’ with scores of 1-5 (from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree). You can then use this variable to present other options or outcomes based on your interactive video survey.

Lead Webhooks

In addition to the power of View and Interaction Webhooks (released last month), if you capture Lead Information from Mindstamp, you can just trigger a Lead Webhook to the system of your choice. Mindstamp can capture Viewer Name, Viewer Email, Viewer Phone and Viewer ID.

Check the Settings configuration in your video to configure which fields you want to capture, if that should be skippable and when you want to capture the information. Once the viewer finishes the video, the Lead Webhook with the content you collected can trigger.

By using Zapier Webhooks, you can use this to easily add Mindstamp Leads to any CRM, email marketing or Salesforce Automation platform. Remember though Mindstamp has direct / native integrations to Hubspot, Salesforce and Segment.

  • Multi-User Accounts: We know you want to share Mindstamp with colleagues, so we’re adding multi-user accounts for our Core and Enterprise tiers. You will be able to easily allocate licenses for fully functional user accounts with shared limits on videos and views.
  • Switch Video Start Time: Soon you'll be able to choose exactly where in a video you switch to on button, image, or hotspot click.

  • Currency Questions, Number Ranges: Enhanced control to ask questions that guarantee a currency response or a numeric response in a specific data range.

  • Dynamic Lead Capture: Today you can capture lead information - including Name, Email, Phone and Custom ID - at the beginning of the video or when a viewer first interacts. We’re enhancing this to give you more control into exactly when you want to collect lead information. Combined with lead Webhooks, Mindstamp is the most powerful platform for turning viewers into leads into buyers.
