Browsers and Devices That Work With Mindstamp

Short answer

Viewers can watch Mindstamp videos in a current web browser on a computer, phone or tablet, with full interactivity and tracking. They do not need an app or an account. Offline packages are the exception: they need Chrome or Edge on a Windows or Mac computer.

How to do it

Update the browser to its latest version.
Open the video’s share link in a private window and play it to the end.
Test on the devices your viewers use, for example a laptop, an iPhone and an Android phone.
If something does not work on one device, check the list below before you contact support.

Features that depend on the device or browser

If it works on one device but not another

The cause is usually an old browser, a strict extension, or a network that blocks video. Try another browser or network. If it still fails, contact support with the device, operating system, browser version and the video link.
