Mindstamp help guide
Can I download my interaction data?
Export Mindstamp view and interaction data for analysis, CRM workflows, reporting, or archival use.
Short answer
Use the reporting export for the relevant video, group, or date range. The export can include viewer identity when known, view timing, watched percentage, furthest and last points, participation, correctness, browser details, and interaction data; the exact fields depend on the export and account access.
How to do it
- Open Reporting and apply the video, group, date, and viewer filters you need.
- Remove test activity or document how it will be excluded downstream.
- Start the export and keep the original file unchanged as a source record.
- Review field definitions before joining the data to a CRM or dashboard.
- Store or share the export according to your privacy and retention rules.
Do not confuse similar fields
Watched seconds, elapsed time, percentage, furthest point, and last point are intentionally different. Use the field guide before turning any of them into a completion rule.
Exports can contain personal data
Names, emails, phone numbers, custom IDs, location, answers, and device information may be present. Limit access and retention to what the workflow actually needs.
