Questions use only facts that appear in the transcript.
A quiz after a video measures memory of the video. A quiz inside the video measures understanding at the moment it matters: and changes how people watch, because a viewer who knows a question is coming attends differently.
Placement is part of the output. Each question is linked to the transcript moment that teaches its answer. You can place it directly after that moment and use the questions as checkpoints through the video.
The generator writes distractors from the same material as the correct answer, which is what makes a question diagnostic: a viewer who half-understood the content finds the wrong options plausible. Review the output before you use it: you know your material best: and regenerate any question that misses.
