Why network activity varies

The requests made by a viewer depend on how that interactive video is configured. Video hosting, fonts, analytics, embedded services, and optional integrations can each add a network request only when that component is present. Browser settings, consent choices, and blocking tools can also change which requests complete.

How to review a viewer session

A browser’s developer tools can show the destination, request type, response status, and timing for calls made while a specific video loads and plays. Review the published experience to identify the services that are active in its configuration.
