Each rebuilt video sits next to the Vimeo original on a private review page. Your team clicks through both, flags any difference, and signs off one video at a time. We fix what you flag before the video goes live.

Use Vimeo as a video source
Some teams keep Vimeo hosting and add Mindstamp to selected videos. We will check source access and playback needs first.
Plan a broader move
If you want to change hosting or rebuild interactive videos, we will separate video transfer, interaction work, and publishing changes in the quote. Mindstamp Core is $2,990 a year with 50 videos, 3 admin seats and 50,000 streaming minutes a month.
Before you decide
Migration questions
Do you support WIREWAX projects?
Yes. Vimeo runs two interactive systems, Create Interactive and the older WIREWAX studio. We rebuild both. Send a link to one video and we will tell you which system it uses.
Do we have to leave Vimeo to use Mindstamp?
No. Mindstamp can play Vimeo-hosted video as a source for some workflows. We check source access and playback before we recommend keeping the files on Vimeo or moving them.
Will our interactive videos move automatically?
No. We rebuild hotspots, overlays, questions, chapters and triggers from the project data, then review each video next to the original. Reporting rules and connections to other systems are scoped separately.
How long does a migration take?
One publisher's 32 videos took a week from account access to review. Your timeline depends on the interaction count per video and how fast your team reviews.
What will the quote include?
The rebuild fee for the interactive work, the plan that fits your library, viewing volume and admin count, and the first-year total. We ask for any missing details before we price work we cannot verify.
