Is the migration quote free?
Yes. We do not charge for the scope review or quote. Any migration work is priced after we confirm the requirements.
Will everything move from Wirewax automatically?
No. Source videos can often be reused when you own or can access them. Interactions, reporting rules, viewer data, and integrations need review and may need to be rebuilt.
What should I bring?
Bring the number of videos, examples of the current interactive experience, required reports, and any LMS, CRM, commerce, or webhook connections.
Do we have to stop using our current platform?
No. Some teams keep their current host and use Mindstamp for selected interactive videos. We will recommend both products when that setup fits the project.
