Playlist Sign-In + Completion Emails
Learners sign in to a playlist so their progress follows them, and you get an email when they finish.
Open a playlist, go to Settings, and set Learner sign-in to Name and email or Custom ID. Learners sign in before they watch, and their progress follows them to any device.
Under Completion, set a minimum completion or a minimum score for each video, or leave a field empty to count the video when the learner reaches the end. Turn on Completion email and choose who gets an email when a signed-in learner completes every video.
The playlist's Reporting tab lists each learner who completed the playlist, with their score and the date.
