# Interactive video in WorkRamp

Add the Mindstamp player to a WorkRamp guide with the Embed object, and the video plays inline while Mindstamp records each answer by learner. WorkRamp, now Learn:Up by Confirm, also imports SCORM packages that record completion and a score, but inside a guide a package opens in a new tab.

## Add the video to a guide

### Paste the code in a guide

1. In Mindstamp, publish the video from its **Share** page.
2. Under **Embed**, choose **Basic iframe** and select **Copy embed code**.
3. In the WorkRamp guide, add an **Embed** object and paste the code. If the code includes margin:10px, remove it so the player aligns.
4. Preview the guide as a learner in Chrome and in one other browser.

### Upload a SCORM module

WorkRamp plays SCORM with the Rustici engine and recommends SCORM 2004 4th edition. Inside a guide, the module opens in a new tab.

1. On the Mindstamp **Share** page, under **Export**, select **Download SCORM package**. This needs a Core plan or higher.
2. In **SCORM Version**, choose **SCORM 2004 (4th edition)**, as WorkRamp recommends.
3. In **Completion Checkpoint**, choose 10, 25, 50, 75, 90, 95 or 100 percent. The 80 and 85 percent options do not record completion.
4. In WorkRamp, add a SCORM module to a guide, or create a standalone training, and upload the ZIP file. WorkRamp takes files up to 1 GB.
5. Complete it as a test learner. In a standalone training, refresh the page to see the new status.

## Check these before you publish

### X-Frame denied

WorkRamp shows this when a site does not allow framing, and it has no workaround. Mindstamp embed addresses allow framing, so check that the address starts with https://embed.mindstamp.com or your custom domain.

### The URL returns an error

WorkRamp processes pasted URLs. Turn on Skip Processing, or paste the Basic iframe code instead.

### Blank on the first load in Chrome

WorkRamp lists a known Chrome issue with embeds on the first load. Check the guide in Chrome and one other browser before launch.

### Video not available: Code 617

Your Mindstamp account limits embed domains. Add your WorkRamp domain, and add the new domain again if your site moves to Confirm.

### Search does not find the video

WorkRamp search does not cover embedded content. Put the key terms from the video in the guide text.

### Can I add an interactive video to WorkRamp?

Yes. Add an **Embed** object to a guide and paste the Mindstamp **Basic iframe** code or the player address. The player shows inline, and learners answer the questions without leaving the guide. For a score in WorkRamp, use a SCORM module instead. In a guide, it opens in a new tab.

### Is WorkRamp now Learn:Up?

Yes. WorkRamp is now part of Confirm. The employee training product is Learn:Up, and the customer training product is Academy. This page uses the names in the WorkRamp help center.

### Which SCORM version should I use for WorkRamp?

Use SCORM 2004 4th edition for WorkRamp. WorkRamp accepts SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 2nd to 4th editions through Rustici, and recommends the 4th edition. See [SCORM export](https://mindstamp.com/help/scorm-export).

### What does WorkRamp record from the video?

An embed sends nothing to WorkRamp, so answers and scores stay in Mindstamp reports. A SCORM module records completion and the score. WorkRamp can show percent complete, but the Mindstamp package sends no progress value.

### Does the Authorized to Embed setting affect the Mindstamp player?

No. WorkRamp’s **Authorized to Embed** setting controls where WorkRamp content can be embedded on other sites. It does not control what you embed in a guide.

### Does WorkRamp have interactive video?

WorkRamp does not document questions inside a video. Its hot-spot questions sit on images, and Video Challenges ask the learner to record a video. Mindstamp adds questions and branching to the video itself.
