# How do I embed a Mindstamp video in WorkRamp?

## Short answer

Publish the Mindstamp video and copy its **Basic iframe** code. In the WorkRamp guide, add an **Embed** object and paste the code. The player shows inline in the guide.

## Steps

1. In Mindstamp, publish the video from its **Share** page if it is not published yet.
2. Under **Embed**, choose **Basic iframe** and select **Copy embed code**.
3. In WorkRamp, open the guide and add an **Embed** object.
4. Paste the code. If it includes margin:10px, delete that part so the player aligns.
5. Save the guide and preview it as a learner in Chrome and in one other browser.

## Paste the address if the code does not show

The **Embed** object also takes a URL. Copy the address inside src in the **Basic iframe** code and paste it. If WorkRamp returns an error, turn on **Skip Processing** and paste the address again.

## If WorkRamp says X-Frame denied

WorkRamp shows this message when a site does not let other sites frame it, and WorkRamp cannot work around it. Mindstamp embed addresses allow framing. Check that the address starts with https://embed.mindstamp.com, or with your custom domain if your videos use one.

## If the embed is blank on the first load

WorkRamp lists a known issue where embeds in Chrome can fail on the first load. Open the guide again, and check it in a second browser before you report a problem.

## Upload a SCORM module for completion and a score

- WorkRamp plays SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 2nd to 4th editions through Rustici, and recommends the 4th edition. Files can be up to 1 GB.
- On the Mindstamp **Share** page, under **Export**, select **Download SCORM package**. This needs a Core plan or higher. Choose **SCORM 2004 (4th edition)** and a **Completion Checkpoint** of 10, 25, 50, 75, 90, 95 or 100 percent.
- Add the ZIP file to a guide as a SCORM module, or to a standalone training. In a guide, the module opens in a new tab.
- WorkRamp records completion and the score. It can show percent complete, but the Mindstamp package sends no progress value. In a standalone training, refresh the page to see the new status.

## When your WorkRamp address changes

WorkRamp is now Learn:Up by Confirm, and its help and app domains can move to Confirm. If you limit embed domains in Mindstamp, add the new domain when your site moves.

## If your account restricts embed domains

If you set **Allowed embed domains** in Mindstamp, add your WorkRamp site domain to the list. Otherwise learners see “Video not available: Code 617”. See [restrict embed domains](https://mindstamp.com/help/restrict-embed-domains).

## Know which learner watched

The embed does not receive the learner’s WorkRamp account. To see names in Mindstamp reports, add lead capture to the video so learners enter their name and email.
