# How do I add a Mindstamp video to Workday Learning?

## Short answer

Download a Mindstamp SCORM package and upload it in a Workday **Media** lesson as packaged content. Workday records completion and the score. An **External Content** lesson can link to the video, but it records nothing from Mindstamp.

## Steps

1. In Mindstamp, publish the video from its **Share** page if it is not published yet.
2. Under **Export**, select **Download SCORM package**. This needs a Core plan or higher.
3. Choose any version and a **Completion Checkpoint** of 10, 25, 50, 75, 90, 95 or 100 percent. Workday lists SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 2nd to 4th editions.
4. In the Workday course, add a **Media** lesson.
5. Upload the ZIP file as packaged content. If the course needs a grade, let this lesson provide the primary score.
6. Enroll a test learner, play past the checkpoint, and check the completion and the score.

## If the package does not open on a phone

Packaged content in the Workday mobile app stays off until an admin enables it for each platform. Workday lists Android 5 or later and iOS 11 or later. Ask your Workday admin to turn it on, then open the lesson again.

## Where each answer shows

The Workday **Packaged Content Tracking** report shows interaction details for SCORM 2004 4th edition, and none for SCORM 1.2. The Mindstamp package sends completion and a score only, so read each answer in Mindstamp reports, and [export them](https://mindstamp.com/help/export-training-records) when you need a record.

## Link to the video for optional viewing

Select **Copy link** on the Mindstamp **Share** page. In Workday, add an **External Content** lesson and paste the link in **Content URL**. Leave **Enable External Completion** off. When it is on, Workday records progress and grades for the lesson only from Lesson Trackings REST API statements, and Mindstamp sends none. Add lead capture to the video to see names in Mindstamp reports.

## If your account restricts embed domains
