# How do I add a Mindstamp video to an Easygenerator course?

## Short answer

Copy the Mindstamp **Basic iframe** code. In the Easygenerator content page, open the **Embed** tab, drag an **HTML block** into the layout, and paste the code. Easygenerator turns JavaScript off, so the Responsive and Popout codes do not run there.

## Steps

1. In Mindstamp, publish the video from its **Share** page if it is not published yet.
2. Under **Embed**, choose **Basic iframe** and select **Copy embed code**.
3. In Easygenerator, open the content page or block where the video goes.
4. Select the **Embed** tab in the left menu and drag an **HTML block** into the layout.
5. Paste the code. Change the iframe width and height to fit the page.
6. Preview the page as a learner, then publish the course.

## If the HTML block is empty

- Check that you pasted the **Basic iframe** code. A script embed shows nothing, because JavaScript is off in Easygenerator.
- Check that the src address starts with https://embed.mindstamp.com, or with your custom domain.
- Easygenerator says some sites block iframes, and links that need a login show an error. Embed only content that is open to everyone or to anyone with the link.

## Add the SCORM package to your LMS

- On the Mindstamp **Share** page, under **Export**, select **Download SCORM package**. This needs a Core plan or higher. Choose a version your LMS lists and a **Completion Checkpoint** of 10, 25, 50, 75, 90, 95 or 100 percent.
- Upload the ZIP file to your LMS as its own item, beside the Easygenerator course. The Easygenerator course does not receive the video score.
- Run both as a test learner and check that the LMS shows the score.

## If you share the course as a link

Easygenerator can also publish a course as a link or a QR code. If you limit embed domains in Mindstamp, add the domain in that course link as well as your LMS domain.

## If your account restricts embed domains

If you set **Allowed embed domains** in Mindstamp, add your LMS domain to the list. Otherwise learners see “Video not available: Code 617”. See [restrict embed domains](https://mindstamp.com/help/restrict-embed-domains).

## Know which learner watched

The embed does not receive the learner’s LMS account. To see names in Mindstamp reports, add lead capture to the video so learners enter their name and email.
