Start with one existing video and one action you want the viewer to take. In Mindstamp, create a video, add only the interactions that lead to that action, preview every path, publish, and then use the reporting to decide what to improve.

No. Viewers open a share link or an embedded video in their browser and watch without a Mindstamp account. You can still ask for details or limit who can watch with a password, an access list, lead capture, or approved embed domains.

The organization owner invites team members. Open Organization in the side menu, select Manage all next to Members, then select + Invite and enter one or more email addresses. Each teammate uses one admin seat, so you need a free seat for each invite.

A group is a shared space for selected videos. Open Groups in the side menu, select New group, add videos, and then add people as a Viewer, Analyst, or Admin. Groups are on Core and higher plans.

Each organization has one owner and any number of members, one per admin seat. Members see each other's videos only when a video's owner allows it. Inside a group, each person is a Viewer, an Analyst, or an Admin.

Open Folders in the side menu, select New Folder, and give it a name. Open the folder and select Edit Videos to choose which videos belong in it. You can nest subfolders inside folders.

Use Bulk Edit. As the organization owner, open Organization and select Bulk Edit. Select the videos, check each setting you want to change, set its value, and select Save. Only the settings you check change.

On the Mindstamp login page, select Forgot password?, enter your account email, and select Submit. Open the link in the email and set a new password of at least 8 characters. Use the same steps to change a password you still know.

The login email cannot be changed in the app. Send an email to hello@mindstamp.com from your current account email, and give the new address you want to use. Support makes the change and confirms it.

## [How do I delete my Mindstamp account?](https://mindstamp.com/help/delete-account)

Send an email to hello@mindstamp.com from the email of the account you want to delete. If you have a paid plan, cancel it in Billing first. Trial accounts that never subscribe are deleted automatically some time after the trial ends.
