# How do I change settings on many videos at once?

## Short answer

Use **Bulk Edit**. As the organization owner, open **Organization** and select **Bulk Edit**. Select the videos, check each setting you want to change, set its value, and select **Save**. Only the settings you check change.

## Steps

1. Sign in as the organization owner. Bulk Edit shows only on the owner’s Organization page.
2. In the side menu, under Workspace, select **Organization**, then select **Bulk Edit**.
3. Under **Select Videos**, select the videos. Use the search box, or **Toggle All** to select every video.
4. Under **Choose Attributes**, check each setting you want to change, then set its value.
5. Select **Save**. The button shows once you select at least one video and one setting.
6. Open one of the videos and check that the change took effect.

## Settings you can change

- Sharing: **Published**, **Privacy** (Link, Password or Access List), **Embed only**, **Organization Access** and **Organization Edit**.
- Start of the video: **Show Title on Video**, **Show Share Message** and **Show Icon**.
- Viewing: **Allow resumed views**, **Verify attention**, **Prevent pausing**, **Pause when tab is inactive**, **Resume video on tab focus**, **Use chapter timing display**, **Allow skipping of video & audio clips**, **Open links in new tab** and **Collect precise viewer location**.
- **Participation**: **Only allow viewers to respond to my prompts**, or **Allow viewers to add comments**. See [viewer comments](https://mindstamp.com/help/viewer-comments).
- **Tags**: enter tags separated by commas.
- **Mode**: an older setting that the current player does not use.

## Things to know

- There is no undo. Note the current settings before you save.
- **Tags** replaces each selected video’s tags with the list you enter. It does not add to them.
- **Privacy** sets only the type. Set the password or the access list on each video.

## Change many interactions in one video

The editor has its own **Bulk Edit** for interactions. Open the menu on an interaction in the interactions list and select **Bulk Edit**, then click other interactions on the video to add them. You can change **Show Time**, **Hide Time**, **Shift Time**, **Top**, **Left**, **Width**, **Height**, **Background**, **Text Color**, **Visibility**, **Require Click**, **Post Click State** and **Transition** for all of them at once.
